I have 2 teenagers who have done the AP Calculus Test Prep class with Allison at Calculus Hero and we've had a wonderful experience. Before working with Allison, my girls struggled with Calculus and lacked confidence. Since they were both heading into the STEM field in college, I knew they needed to have a good foundation in Calculus. After working with Allison, not only did their grades improve, the girls enjoyed going to the sessions AND they both passed the AP Calculus exam. Allison somehow made it easy for them (they both really wished they had Allison as their teacher) She really cares for each of her students and goes above and beyond for them. It was so worth the time and money spent.

If you are on the fence hiring Allison, just do it. She is wonderful. She is extremely knowledgeable and is able to break down the material in manageable chunks with all of her tips and tricks. As someone who has always struggled in math in high school, I was concerned how I'd do in college. I found out that the math professors at my school go way too fast for me and I always felt like a waste of their time at office hours. Allison is the complete opposite of all of that. She truly got to know me and help me with my weaknesses. I wasn't just another number for her. We worked on my homeworks from the class and she even gave me extra practice problems to study. I couldn't' have passed Calculus without her.

My son did Calculus Hero's online Calculus course and did really well. The lessons were organized and he was able to go at his own pace. Going into the AP Calculus exam, he felt really prepared not only with the material but also what to expect for the test. Calculus Hero did a job well done. I would recommend Calculus Hero to others.
